Who We Are

Upper Michigan Paint Horse Club is the only Northern Michigan official APHA-approved club. We hope to represent both the APHA and Michigan in the best way possible!. We are constantly striving to make our shows more like family gatherings than a normal horse show. Join us for some great shows and really great times!

Our Club brings the ideals of the American Paint Horse Association, combined with our unique culture- a friendly atmosphere and a high regard for our members. We endeavor to promote family values, and the love of horses to our members, their friends, families and fans. Our members are as diverse as the Paint Horse breed itself, but they share common goals-to educate the public about the qualities of the American Paint Horse and APHA, to encourage Paint breeding for conformation and athletic ability, to give members the opportunity to show their Paint and to host alternative activities such as Open shows and social events for everyone. 

As a member of the Upper Mich Paint Horse Club, you will have access to exclusive events, discounts on merchandise, and opportunities to volunteer and positively impact the equine industry.
